Ray Whittemore Iray arrived on the Rock back in 2001 and has been spreading the skim message ever since. Uniting with brother Charlie and later Josh Rutty, Skimcaribbean was created and Skimslam contests have been getting better every year. This year Iray hooked up as a rep. for Exile Skimboards in an effort to bring quaility skimboards to the Caribbean. With Iray on board Skimcarribean is on a skim mission from JAH.
